• Custom Orders: Custom furniture orders require a confirmed design brief and deposit before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.
• Lead Times: Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and delivery location.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order with Finishing Master, you agree to the following:

• You are providing accurate and complete information for the order.
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• A deposit (typically 50% of the total order value) is required to confirm and begin production of custom orders.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery or as agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund of any deposit paid.

5. Delivery & Installation

We deliver our products across Bangladesh. Delivery terms are as follows:

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Installation services may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of ordering.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or transportation issues.

6. Returns & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our return and warranty policy is as follows:

• Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or do not match the confirmed specifications.
• Warranty Period: Our furniture carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, exposure to excessive moisture, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us within the applicable period with your order details and photographs of the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finishing Master Door & Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product or service.
